Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Items must be returned with all original tags attached

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size. Please refer to our size guide before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected, or once a faulty item claim has been approved.
